1) Preliminary

We start by creating a project team consisting of personnel and managers who know your processes well in your company under the control of our experienced consultants. In the next step, the team that is formed determines the project goals and creates a rough project plan in line with the goals. We then ensure that the project is explained to the entire company and we start the project.

2) Analysis

At this stage, we examine your processes in detail and identify the positive change points that will occur in your business throughout the project. First, we review your company's workflows and identify the necessary improvement and simplification points on existing workflows in order to create new workflows. Then, we create your new workflows in line with the goals.

3) Detailed Planning

After the analysis phase, our consultants prepare a detailed plan considering all your needs according to the new flows foreseen. At this stage, we also determine the special modules and software development alternatives that you will need as a company.

4) Transition to Application

At this stage, we start taking the necessary steps to adapt the system in line with the detailed plan. These usually consist of data transfer, adaptation of parameter tables, end-user training, development of additional software, modular and integration tests. Again at this stage, our consultants provide the necessary supervision and support. When necessary, new targets and related solutions suitable for changing conditions continue to be produced.

5) Completion of the Project

When all milestones in the plan are completed, the project closing report prepared by our consultants includes the achieved goals and analysis of the results. At the closing of the project, the team announces the benefits of the new system and the results of the project to the entire company with an event to ensure that all employees adopt the system.

6) Support

We are aware that the continuation of success after a successful installation and integration depends on the quality of the support provided. In our support process, we regularly provide all services such as eliminating system errors, transferring legislative changes and installing new versions within the framework of support agreements.
