Detailed Information About Features
1) Personnel Management
In the personnel record card in the Personnel Management module, all operational and personal information belonging to the personnel is kept on the basis of information groups. Some data is tracked on a date basis, thus, the information of the personnel valid in different periods is also preserved in the system. The information groups in the record card can be listed as; organization, identity information, wage, bank, shifts, social insurance, private insurances, payments, enforcement files, disability status, family information, marital status, work experiences, education, foreign languages, reward-penalty information, debited fixed assets and similar titles. Wage changes in the module can be transferred to the record cards in bulk and with different calculation methods through the relevant application. Personnel shifts can be optimized and planned in the Shift Planning application and can be processed in the record cards. In administrative affairs applications, debit transactions can be performed without accessing the record card, and meal and service lists in the facilities can be followed. Personnel can convey their suggestions and complaints with the personnel notification application. Manual tracking can be provided in workplaces without PDKS with the personnel participation application. Personnel turnover rate analyses can be prepared through the system. More visual tracking can be provided with cockpit screens that show upcoming events and demographic data of the personnel. With the features mentioned above, personal information can be tracked and used in other applications, thus enabling the processes of human resources management to be managed quickly and easily.
2) Payroll Management
Personnel payrolls are calculated quickly and easily in accordance with current legislation, social security types and tax laws. Different payroll types can be created on the module, and more than one payroll can be calculated for the same period. In the payroll calculation screen, all inputs that will affect the personnel's payroll can be intervened on a single screen. Payment and deduction management can ensure that payments flow automatically to the payroll or payments can be imported in bulk in CSV format. Information received from card reading systems can be imported in CSV format to create the scorecard, and permissions entered in the permissions application can be included in the scorecard. Installment debts and advances can be recorded on the system, deductions can be automatically reflected on the payroll, and deductions related to the enforcement file defined in the record card can be automatically transferred to the payroll. Calculated payrolls can be sent to personnel via e-mail, various outputs such as wage account slips and total salary payrolls can be obtained, and one of the most important payroll reports, the sheet payroll and legal declarations that must be given can be created quickly. Payment files can be automatically created according to the prepared bank branch formats through the calculated payrolls. Calculated payrolls can be accounted for according to the registration keys determined on a personnel basis through the application in the system. Automatic records can be assigned to different accounts even when performing transactions for the same registration key according to the keys determined in the finance group value fields in the personnel record card. In accounting slips; distribution can be provided according to the cost centers or projects specified on the scorecard, as well as transfers can be provided according to cost centers or projects that can be determined for the personnel on a period basis.
3) Organization Management
Staff Definitions, Staff Requests, Organization Charts and Job Descriptions can be tracked on the system. As many company, facility and workplace personnel as desired can be tracked on caniasERP. Department, task and staff definitions can be made on a company and/or facility basis and can be associated with record cards. In the staff definitions application; valid norm staff numbers, staff statuses, wage ranges, standard payments can be recorded. Personnel in the staff and vacant positions can be listed. Staff definitions for administrative, technical, project managers and managers they report to, which are valid for the relevant staff definition, can also be made on the system. Staff requests can be created in the system and submitted for approval. Organization Charts can be created on a facility basis and with validity dates, and can be tracked as a tree or diagram. Managers on the record card can be filled from the created organization chart or manager information in the staff definitions. Different types of organization charts can be prepared through the system. Qualifications required for job descriptions, training that candidates or employees must receive, educational information, foreign language knowledge, duties and responsibilities can be defined, and staff descriptions can be associated with job descriptions.
4) Hiring / Dismissal
An important part of the Personnel Management module is that the recruitment and termination processes can be easily managed. In the termination process, the record cards are preserved in the system as the old personnel. In the event that the personnel starts working again in a future period, the information on the old record card can be transferred to the new card or the old record card can be continued, thus, rapid recruitment can be carried out. During the termination process, the fixed asset statuses and open installment debt payments debited to the personnel are controlled. In addition, in the event of termination, the remaining leave payment can be automatically reflected on the relevant payroll, and if there are severance and notice compensations, they can be calculated and transferred to the payroll. Transfers between companies can be carried out with a single transaction and can be continued on the same record card. In personnel selection projects; project levels, costs, needs, announcements, applications, interviews and exams can be organized. The personnel needs required for the project can be created from staff definitions or staff demands through the module, and announcements and expenses can be recorded. Applications for the project can be created from current personnel, former personnel or via the CV bank, candidates who apply can be contacted via mail or e-mail, and their tests and exams can be tracked via the system. With the CV (Resume) Bank application, detailed information such as general information, experiences, language skills, education, and training of the candidate can be recorded, pictures and documents can be added to the CV, and offers and decisions presented to the candidate can be recorded. Thus, searches can be made in accordance with the desired criteria in the CV bank that is created. In the recruitment process, the information on the CV selected from the CV bank can be automatically transferred to the record card. It is also possible to transfer CVs prepared in external environments to the system in XML format.
5) Report Wizard
Easy reporting of all processes related to human resources is a critical issue for companies. Daily, periodic or individual report needs take up a lot of time for human resources department employees and sometimes require other users in the report preparation process. These processes can be easily managed with the report design and reporting applications in the Human Resources Management module. With the report wizard, reports can be designed in different report groups, recorded and run whenever needed. Search criteria used in reports can be recorded on a user basis and reused in subsequent reports. Prepared reports can be received in formats such as CSV, PDF, Excel, txt.
6) Integration
The Personnel Management module works integrated with various points of the ERP system. Payrolls calculated on the module can be accounted for with a single click thanks to the integration with the Accounting Management module. While creating accounting records, distribution can be made based on Cost Centers, Cost Objects or Projects. Again, the transfer of calculated payrolls to the Summary Declaration can be easily performed on the system. Integration with the Fixed Assets module is possible in debit transactions. Within the scope of Personnel Management, Record cards and CV bank applications work integrated with the Document Management module and relevant documents can be tracked in the system. In addition, it is possible to manage business processes in applications with the Business Process Management module.
