With your data realized in production, you can make inventory movements within the system, update operation times, and trigger quality management processes. You can open automatic or manual work orders from the production plans created by MRP, have material checks performed during work order opening, and approve work orders with online production approval screens that can be used on touch monitors.

Detailed Information and Features

1) Knowing the status of your production activities in advance

All data related to production (planned orders and production orders) can be transferred to the Production Planning and Control Module using the Requirements Planning feature. A graphical production network plan including production steps transmitted from bills of materials (BOM) and routes graphically displays the current stages of work orders. An integrated production data collection system provides advanced calculation capabilities (for current and subsequent periods). Various functions such as creation of work orders, batch and variable production, differences in bills of materials, variable work plans and preparation of production documents are standard features offered by the module. Corrections can be made to the data obtained from the work plan and bill of materials during the execution of work orders and again during production based on work orders. Thanks to the consistent integration of batch and serial numbered assets, tracking of components used in production is possible even in multi-level vertical integration situations. The Production Planning and Control Module also provides quality assurance procedures for use in production. These procedures record manufacturing stages and bill of materials components requiring quality assurance together with quality control data; then it makes connections with the relevant inspection plans. If the quality inspection results are within the desired value ranges, the next step of production is continued. Quality inspection instructions are provided by the document management system integrated into the Production Planning and Control Module.

2) Special planning and flexible production features

The module guarantees an ideal production planning capability within the CANIAS ERP System with its high level of automation and flawless integration. Planning can be done quickly and individually for each of the situations such as constant change requests in customer orders, changes resulting from internal needs, postponements in delivery dates and conditions affecting production processes due to external factors. Meeting delivery dates on time is becoming more and more important every day and requires the most appropriate use of production control mechanisms.
